Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end order management , ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels , coordinating with suppliers and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
