Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their lighting, décor, and home furnishing requirements.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable products based on their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits effectively.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with walk-in and existing customers.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and visual merchandising of the showroom.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and billing team for order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain daily sales records and customer database.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in showroom or retail sales.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Billing Software).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays as per showroom schedule.
