Job Title: Order Processing Specialist

Job Summary

The Order Processing Specialist is responsible for managing inquiries and orders from receipt through shipment. This role ensures accurate preparation of commercial and shipping documents, coordination with internal teams, and timely communication with freight forwarders to support smooth and efficient supply operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer inquiries, purchase orders, and order confirmations
- Prepare and manage all order-related documentation
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to track order status and goods readiness
- Once goods are ready, prepare shipment documentation and ensure accuracy of quantities, weights, and dimensions
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners
- Confirm pickup and delivery schedules
- Inform customers and internal stakeholders about shipment status and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and basic trade/logistics requirements




- Support the sales and operations teams with order-related administrative tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience in order processing, sales support, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations
- Good understanding of commercial and shipping documents
- Ability to work with multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills for coordination with customers, internal teams, and forwarders
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- English proficiency (written and spoken)

Pay: ₹32,040.00 - ₹37,380.00 per month
