At Neodocs we're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Intern to join our dynamic team. This job provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in inventory management best practices within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage inventory across multiple warehouses and sales channels
- Work on demand forecasting to ensure high in-stock rates while minimizing excess inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to reduce delivery timelines
- Work with logistics partners and marketplaces to improve shipping speed and reliability
- Track shipping costs, delivery performance, and operational metrics
- Drive continuous improvements in fulfilment efficiency
- Support onboarding and management of new sales channels
- Assist in commercial discussions, negotiations, and operational setup with partners
- Own initiatives to reduce cancellations and returns across channels
- Work with customer support teams and, where required, directly engage with customers to resolve issues
- Identify root causes and implement process-level improvements
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A solid interest in inventory management and supply chain operations.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
