Trade Coordinator for Packaging and Tissue (based in Pune/ Gurgaon, India)

We are looking for “Trade Coordinator” to be based in Pune/ Gurgaon, India. This position reports to “Senior Manager, Packaging and Tissue Procurement Asia Pacific (Global Supply)”. In this position you will require to manage the Transfer Price Cross Border Sales to Delivery process. You will work closely with Global Purchasing and External Supplier networks to ensure efficient delivery chains.

In this position, you will :

- Issue internal sales orders and purchase orders to external supplier partners.
- Monitor delivery statuses and ensure on-time fulfillment with external warehouses and suppliers.
- Organize transportation and issue necessary shipment documentation.
- Maintain contact with procurement, projects, logistics, and finance departments both locally and internationally.
- Ensure execution of established supply plan according to project schedule.

To succeed this role, you will need :



Bachelor / master’s Degree in Procurement/ Logistics 3 years of minimum experience in relevant field Good organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to a dynamic, intensive working environment IT proficiency, specifically knowledge of ERP systems (Infor LN), is an advantage Proactive mindset Good communication skills English language, written and spoken, is mandatory International experience and a "can-do" attitude with strong teamwork skills are highly valued Willingness for travelling
