- We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong banking domain expertise to design and maintain enterprise‑level data models supporting analytics, reporting, and regulatory initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business, data engineering, and architecture teams.



Experience with Databricks or Enterprise Data Platforms will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for banking systems

- Translate business, regulatory, and analytical requirements into robust data structures

- Model key banking domains including: Customer, Accounts & Transactions, Loans, Credit, Risk, Cards, and Finance

- Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and solution architects

- Ensure data models align with enterprise data architecture standards :

- Support data warehouse, data lake, and analytics platforms :

- Define data standards, naming conventions, and metadata

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and reusability across systems

- Support regulatory and audit requirements through data lineage and traceability

- Review and optimize models for performance and scalability

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 to 8 years of hands‑on experience as a Data Modeler :

- Mandatory banking or financial services domain experience :

- Solid expertise in: Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling, ER modeling and normalization techniques, Dimensional modeling (Star / Snowflake schemas)

- Solid understanding of Core banking data structures

- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts

- Experience working in large, complex enterprise data environments

- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills

Good to Have (Added Advantage) :

- Hands‑on experience with Databricks (Delta Lake, Spark SQL)

- Exposure to Enterprise Data Platforms :

- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure / AWS)

- Familiarity with data governance, BCBS 239, or regulatory data frameworks

- Experience with data modeling tools such as ERwin, PowerDesigner, or Enterprise Architect
