Nesavu is a growing Indian kidswear brand with multiple stores and an active online business. Our warehouse operations depend heavily on accurate data, clean billing, and proper stock entry .
We’re looking for someone who is careful with numbers, organised, and consistent , because even small data mistakes can cause big stock issues.
Role Overview
This role handles warehouse data entry, billing, stock records, and system updates . You’ll work closely with the warehouse, stores, and accounts team to ensure all movements are properly recorded.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Data Entry
- Enter inward and outward stock details accurately
- Update purchase, transfer, and dispatch data in ERP / Excel
- Maintain SKU-wise stock records
- Verify physical stock vs system stock
Billing & Documentation
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and transfer documents
- Check supplier invoices against received goods
- Support inter-branch transfer billing
- Maintain proper filing of warehouse documents
Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for inward/outward confirmation
- Coordinate with stores for dispatch and stock movement
- Support accounts team with required data and reports
Required Skills : Must Have
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets :
- Comfortable with numbers and data entry
- Basic billing knowledge
- Attention to detail (very important)
Good to Have
- Experience with ERP / inventory software
- Retail, têxtile, or warehouse experience
- GST invoice understanding
Experience
- 0-4 years
- (Freshers with strong Excel skills can apply)
