Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inward, storage, and dispatch
- Handle raw materials such as plastic granules, masterbatches, and additives
- Ensure proper storage to prevent moisture, contamination, or damage
- Maintain accurate stock records of Raw Materials (RM), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG)
- Coordinate with production team for timely material issuance
- Plan and execute dispatches as per delivery schedules
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO methods are followed for inventory management
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Supervise loading/unloading and ensure safe material handling
- Maintain documentation (GRN, Delivery Challans, Stock Registers, etc.)
- Lead and manage warehouse staff effectively
- Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and 5S standards
- Monitor damages, shortages, and wastage, and report to management

Requirements :





- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field
- 5-10 years of experience in warehouse operations (plastic/manufacturing industry preferred)
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials and inventory practices
- Experience in ERP systems and stock management
- Robust leadership and organizational skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word)

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of plastic molding/extrusion processes
- Familiarity with batch tracking and inventory control systems
- Understanding of safety and quality compliance
- Ability to handle internal/external audits

Working Conditions :

- Based at factory/plant location
- Involves shop floor supervision
- Flexibility to work extended hours if required

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
