Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Lead end-to-end development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow implementations.

Required Skills :

- 410 years of ServiceNow development experience.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.





- Hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules:

- ITSM

- ITOM

- HRSD

- SPM

- SecOps

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow platform architecture.

- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Expertise :

- AI & Automation : Predictive Intelligence, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Azure AI/Copilot integrations.
- ITOM & CMDB : Discovery, MID Servers, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery.
- Quality Engineering : Automated Test Framework (ATF), regression testing, release validation, CI/CD.

Preferred Certifications :

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CIS (Any specialization)
