Sr. MERN Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage complete project lifecycle (scope, timeline, budget, delivery)
- Work closely with development & QA teams on the floor
- Allocate tasks, track daily progress, and conduct stand-ups
- Act as primary client point of contact and handle communications
- Understand requirements and prepare BRD/SRS/user stories
- Ensure quality standards, testing coordination, and defect resolution
- Identify risks, manage issues, and ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain project trackers and delivery reports

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of SDLC




- Experience with Web, Mobile, or SaaS projects
- Agile/Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
- Tools: Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
