About the Role
This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you will work closely with international clients, lead a team of developers, design scalable solutions, and drive delivery while maintaining high coding standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate directly with overseas clients to gather requirements, discuss technical solutions, provide project updates, and resolve issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
- Build and maintain highly interactive, multi-step web forms with extensive client-side validation.
- Estimate development efforts and participate in sprint planning.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, Business Analysts, and Project Managers for successful project delivery.
Required Technical Skills Backend
- Strong expertise in C#
- ASP.NET MVC (.NET Framework 4.6)
- ASP.NET Web API
- LINQ
- REST API development
- Lead a team of developers and assign technical tasks.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers.
- Participate in technical solution discussions.
- Review estimations and development plans.
- Identify technical risks and propose practical solutions.
- Take ownership of module delivery from development through deployment.
Client Communication Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Requirement gathering
- Functional and technical discussions

- Change request discussions
- Production issue analysis
- Building strong client relationships
Excellent spoken and written English communication is mandatory.
Required Experience
- 7-8 years of software development experience. :
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ASP.NET MVC projects .
- Experience leading development teams.
- Experience communicating directly with international clients.
- Experience in Agile development environments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

- Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
