Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 15+ years of experience in residential real estate required for a reputed real estate developer based in Andheri, Mumbai

Chartered Accountants (CA) with prior experience working with a real estate developer will be considered

JD:

- Managing relationships with banks, NBFCs, private investors, and financial institutions for project funding, refinancing, and credit facilities.
- Overseeing financial planning, project-wise budgeting, and fund allocation to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Supervising statutory compliance including GST, income tax, TDS, and regulatory filings across group entities.
- Leading financial reporting, MIS preparation, and variance analysis for management decision-making.
- Monitoring project cost controls, contractor payments, and working capital requirements across ongoing developments.
- Coordinating with statutory auditors, tax consultants,



and legal teams for audits, assessments, and financial compliance.
- Structuring joint ventures, investment arrangements, and funding models for recent real estate projects.
- Establishing internal financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability in fund utilization.
- Supporting the management in strategic planning, investment evaluation, and expansion initiatives .

Salary upto Rs 60 lakhs per annum

Pay: Up to ₹6,000,000.00 per year
