- Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software development.
- Lead the development of Guidewire Work Models to optimize project delivery and resource allocation.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in the use of Guidewire technologies to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the insurance domain.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Guidewire technologies to drive continuous improvement.
