Key Responsibilities

- Create, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, UI/UX, performance, and compatibility testing.
- Validate app behavior across multiple devices, OS versions, screen sizes, and network conditions .
- Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar .
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and ensure timely resolution .
- Conduct API testing using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and release readiness.
- Ensure mobile apps meet App Store and Google Play compliance and publishing standards.
- Provide clear QA reports and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX standards , OS-specific behaviors, and device ecosystems.
- Experience with test management tools (TestRail,



Zephyr, Qase, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla).
- Proficiency in functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and usability testing .
- Familiarity with mobile automation frameworks (Appium, Espresso, XCUITest) is a plus.
- Experience testing REST APIs and backend integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum setting .

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
- Knowledge of Charles Proxy, Firebase Crashlytics, BrowserStack, or Sauce Labs .
- Understanding of mobile performance testing .
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
