The Role
We're looking for a detail-obsessed, customer-first associate who thrives in a dynamic environment. You'll own platform operations on Shopify and deliver exceptional customer support that turns curious parents into loyal customers.
What You'll Do
- Platform Operations_
- Maintain activity listings (descriptions, pricing, images, availability)
- Create collections, banners, and promotional campaigns
- Manage social media content and engage with our parent community
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with developers
- Build organized systems for product and partner data
- Customer Support_
- Respond promptly to parent inquiries via chat
- Provide accurate information and resolve concerns with empathy
- Escalate complex issues and document feedback for improvements
- Growth Support_
- Execute marketing campaigns and venue launches
- Identify and improve operational workflows
Who You Are
- 0-1 years in operations, customer support, or e-commerce
- Comfortable with Shopify (or quick to learn)
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Self-starter who solves problems proactively
- Bonus: Social media management experience, familiarity with Zoho/support tools, interest in startups
