We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who can act as a bridge between design, sourcing, and business teams. This role requires strong coordination skills, creative thinking, and a business-oriented mindset to support product development and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with designers and developers to brainstorm and refine design concepts , ensuring alignment with business goals
- Support the sourcing team in procurement of raw materials , including vendor coordination and follow-ups
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities , market trends, and potential partnerships
- Drive internal alignment for product development , ensuring smooth communication across teams
- Coordinate between departments to ensure timely execution of projects
- Assist in improving processes for better efficiency and productivity
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and work across different functions
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of product development and sourcing processes (preferred)
