Job Title : Senior Business Development Executive - Architect & Designer Relations (High-End Modular Kitchens and Wardrobes)

Location : Pune, Maharashtra Focus : Luxury Modular Kitchens & Wardrobes (Imported & Domestic)

Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation (B2B) : Proactively identify and engage with top-tier architects, interior designers, and luxury developers across Pune to secure site specifications.
- Relationship Management : Build and sustain a robust network of design partners through consistent offline visits, studio presentations, and high-impact online meetings.
- Consultative Sales : Present kitchen designs and technical specifications to designers —with a focus on design-led solutions rather than just product features.
- Pipeline Management : Handle the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial architect pitch to site measurements and final contract closure.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated on luxury real estate trends in Pune to identify upcoming high-value projects early in the design phase.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Industry Experience :



Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in sales/lead generation specifically within the high-end modular kitchen or premium interior finishes sector.
- Network : A pre-existing, active network of A-list architects and designers in the Pune region is a mandatory requirement.
- Technical Literacy : Ability to interpret floor plans and discuss technical details
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; must be able to hold high-level strategic conversations with industry leaders.
- Presentation : Must be highly presentable and embody the luxury brand values of RR Living.
