Sales & Marketing Executive - Real Estate & Construction Material Sales

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

- Generate leads through site visits, networking, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Promote and sell real estate projects (plots, flats, commercial spaces) and construction materials .
- Meet builders, contractors, architects, and developers to introduce company products.
- Conduct product presentations and project/site visits for potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Develop marketing strategies to increase product and project visibility.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online campaigns.
- Participate in property exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
- Maintain and update customer database and CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Client Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, and channel partners.




- Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Required Skills :

- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field :

- 1-5 years experience in real estate sales or construction material sales preferred

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with builders, contractors, architects, and real estate clients :

- Knowledge of cement, steel, tiles, plumbing materials, or building products

Pay: ₹9,751.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
