We're Hiring | Laravel / CodeIgniter Support Developer (Night Shift) Experience : 3-4 Years (mandatory)
Location : Work From Home (WFH) 6 days working!
Shift Timing : 1:30 AM - 8:30 AM IST (US Client Support)
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
- Coordinate with the development team for bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Mandatory Skills
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Strong experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter.
- Good knowledge of MySQL.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Git.
- Valuable communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently during the night shift.
Valuable to Have
- Experience with Linux servers.
- Basic understanding of AWS/cPanel.
- Experience in production support or client support.
