Mattic Packing is looking for a Finance Executive to handle all financial operations of our manufacturing unit. The role involves managing accounts, cash flow, and overall financial coordination for daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
- Manage receivables and payables
- Track expenses, purchases, and production costs
- Maintain GST, billing, and invoice records
- Prepare financial reports and summaries
- Coordinate with the bank and manage transactions
- Monitor cash flow and support business decisions
- Follow up on pending payments from clients
Requirements :
- Experience in accounting/finance (manufacturing preferred)
- Knowledge of Zoho Book software
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Responsible and detail-oriented
