Role Summary

The accountant handles routine accounting activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliations, and financial documentation while supporting senior finance leadership in maintaining organised and compliant financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books / Tally ERP accurately.
- Generate invoices and manage billing using Sleek Bill software.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Track incoming payments and update outstanding receivable reports.
- Process vendor bills and maintain expense documentation.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations under supervision.
- Maintain organised financial records and digital documentation.
- Support GST data preparation and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment clarification.
- Prepare basic financial reports and transaction summaries for seniors.
- Co-ordinate CA Regarding Filings.

Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s/master's degree in finance, Business Administration, or equivalent commerce qualification.
- 1-3 years of relevant marketing experience with leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally ERP and SleekBill software.
- Basic knowledge of GST and taxation processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organisational and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- 1-3 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in a service-based or agency environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with cloud-based accounting workflows.
