We are Hiring: Senior Accountant / Semi-Qualified CA

We are a growing Chartered Accountancy firm seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant or Semi-Qualified CA to manage our diverse client portfolio. If you have 5+ years of core accounting experience and expert-level command over GST and TDS compliances , let’s connect!

Job Details :

- Job Type : Full-time, On-site
- Location : Nanpura,Surat
- Compensation : Competitive, based on experience and expertise.

Key Responsibilities : 1. End-to-End GST Compliance

- Prepare and file monthly/quarterly returns ( GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B ).
- Perform strict monthly GST reconciliations (Books vs. GSTR-2B/2A) for accurate ITC.
- Handle annual filings ( GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C ) and draft responses to GST notices.

2. TDS & Direct Taxation

- Compute monthly TDS liabilities and file quarterly TDS returns (24Q, 26Q, 27Q) .
- Resolve TDS defaults, manage demand corrections,



and issue Form 16/16A .
- Assist in Advance Tax calculations and preparing data for Income Tax Returns.

3. Accounting & Finalisation

- Maintain clean, end-to-end bookkeeping for various business entities.
- Finalise Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss statements for final partner review.
- Prepare comprehensive data packets for Tax Audits (Form 3CD) .

Who Are We Looking For?

- Experience : CA inter or minimum 5 years of experience as an accountant or Semi CA.
- Tech Skills : Advanced hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime , Zoho Books, and Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Core Knowledge : Robust, up-to-date grip on the Income Tax Act and GST regulations.
- Traits : Deadline-driven, analytical, and comfortable with direct client communication.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
