We are looking for young, energetic, and energetic Student Counsellors to join our admissions team.
Your role will be to:
- Call and follow up with student leads collected through college seminars
- Explain our courses and career opportunities in accounting
- Convince and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain proper follow-up records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
Key Responsibilities
✔ Make outbound calls to prospective students ✔ Build rapport and guide students on career options ✔ Handle queries and objections confidently ✔ Convert enquiries into admissions ✔ Coordinate with the admission team
Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree (Commerce background preferred) Good communication skills (English & Malayalam) Passion for sales and student interaction Basic telecalling / counselling experience is a plus
