Role and Skill: Record to Report - (Tower Lead)

- Job Location: Mumbai

- Shift: 2 pm to 12 am IST

- Job Qualification:

- Graduate / Post graduate in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or equivalent

- Professional certifications (CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA) - preferred

- Responsibilities - Own and manage end-to-end Month-End and Year-End Closing activities,

- ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality financial close across all supported entities.

- Lead and manage a team of RTR resources, including team leads and senior analysts, ensuring delivery excellence and capability depth.

- Provide strong functional oversight on:

- o Fixed Assets accounting

- o Journal Entries

- o Intercompany accounting and reconciliations

- o Balance Sheet reconciliations

- o Cash clearing and bank activities (FEBAN - SAP)

- Drive eAective utilization of ERP systems (SAP and/or Oracle) to ensure robust financial controls and reporting.

- Own SLA governance, KPI tracking, and service performance management.ensure adherence to contractual and operational commitments.

- Review, validate,



and present management reports, close dashboards, variance analysis, and executive summaries to senior stakeholders.

- Act as the senior escalation point for RTR-related issues, ensuring swift resolution and mínimal business impact.

- Demonstrate strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.

- Skills & Experience - Deep expertise in RTR / Financial Controllership

- Robust hands-on and governance experience in Month-End Closing

- Advanced knowledge of SAP (mandatory) and/or Oracle

- Proven experience in SLA management and stakeholder governance

- Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel proficiency

- Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills

- Ability to operate at CXO / Controller level, balancing delivery, compliance, and transformation.
