Job Title : Finance Controller

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and ensure timely reporting.
- Prepare and review MIS reports and perform variance analysis (MoM, QoQ, YoY) for management reporting.
- Oversee monthly accounting and book closures for Indian entities in compliance with Ind AS and Group IFRS .
- Prepare and finalize statutory financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
- Coordinate and support statutory audits, internal audits, and GST audits , including preparation of reconciliations and financial schedules.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations including EDPMS reporting and related export revenue reconciliations.
- Manage GST compliance, filings, and input tax credit/refund processes .
- Support mergers, restructuring, and financial integration activities , including transfer of balances and closure of books as per group accounting policies.




- Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and management for financial planning, analysis, and decision support .

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, audit, and compliance

Preferred Skills

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, and financial reporting standards :

- Experience handling statutory audits, internal audits, and regulatory compliance :

- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills :

- Experience working with global entities or multinational organizations is an added advantage

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹1,400,235.38 - ₹2,345,681.61 per year
