Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated Account Executive with advanced Excel expertise to manage client accounts, handle financial data, and support sales operations in our fast-growing financial consultancy firm. Ideal for freshers passionate about finance, accounting, and data analysis—gain hands-on experience in corporate finance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update client accounts using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data validation).
- Track financial transactions, prepare reports, and analyze billing/invoicing data for accuracy.
- Assist in sales pipeline management, client follow-ups, and generating MIS reports.
- Support audit teams with data reconciliation and basic compliance checks (e.g., GST, procure-to-pay processes).




- Collaborate with senior accountants on client queries and prepare customized Excel dashboards for presentations.
- Handle CRM updates and basic market research using Excel for lead scoring.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Robust proficiency in advanced Excel: Formulas, pivot tables, charts, conditional formatting, Power Query, and VBA basics (must demo during interview).
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com preferred; CA Inter students encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, or GST
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail; ability to work with large datasets.
