Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales : Actively engage in cold calling, follow up on marketing leads, and utilize networking strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Consultations : Understand client requirements, budget constraints, and investment goals to pitch the most suitable villa or plot projects.
- Site Visits & Inspections : Schedule, coordinate, and lead personalized site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing the unique value propositions of our properties.
- Deal Closure : Negotiate pricing, payment structures, and terms of sale efficiently to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated with the latest trends, upcoming infrastructure projects, and competitive landscape in the Bangalore real estate ecosystem.
- Relationship Management : Maintain excellent relationships with existing and potential clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience : 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales, specifically dealing in premium villas, farmhouses, gated communities, or land/plot sales.
- Market Knowledge : Solid understanding of the Bangalore and suburban real estate market geography, property valuation, and buying behaviors.
- Communication : Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
- Core Competencies : Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. High resilience and proficiency in handling cold calls and objection handling.
- Mobility : Must possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle for frequent travel to project sites.
