Job Location: Supa, Ahmednagar

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Verify and approve Monthly production plan in consultation with GM.
- Verify and Approve material requisition in consult with GM.
- Daily Production Planning and Control.
- To ensure that inspection is carried out according to the Quality Control Process Table (QCPT) during production.
- To plan manpower for the smooth operation.
- Responsible for proper Storage and Handling of all items, used for production.
- Responsible for Maintaining Good Housekeeping & Discipline in the shop floor.
- Responsible for Document and Data Control in Production and Quality Department.
- Responsible for Product Identification and traceability in Production area.
- Ensure productivity and Quality.
- Responsible to take corrective action in the event of non-conformance in consult with GM.




- To stop and control production of non-conforming products.
- To train & guide sub-ordinates for implementation of the QMS and ON JOB Training.
- To ensure that functional objectives / process measures are known & understood to the team.
- To ensure that functional objectives / process measures targets are met.
- Daily report of Production and Quality activities to GM.
- To carry out production trials in consultation with GM.
- IATF16949, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 AWARNESS & Implementation.
- Knowledge with SAP will be preferable
- Must have good knowledge of Advance Excel.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
