Key responsibilities

- Preparing accurate sales quotations and basic documentation
- Contacting and following up on customer enquiries
- Updating enquiries and customer details in CRM systems
- Coordinating with the sales team for smooth daily operations




- Handling basic data entry and reports related to sales
