Greet customers and understand their vision needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear accessories
- Explain lens types, coatings, and vision correction options clearly
- Interpret prescriptions provided by optometrists or ophthalmologists
- Take accurate facial and frame measurements for proper fitting
- Process sales, billing, and insurance claims (if applicable)
- Adjust, repair, and maintain eyeglasses as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the optical store
- Manage inventory and restock displays
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally
- Meet individual and store sales targets
