- Teach MBA courses in Industrial & Labour Relations (ILR), Management Information Systems (MIS), Quantitative Techniques (QT), and Operations Research (OR) :
- Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, case studies, and practical sessions
- Design course plans, lesson materials, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic mentoring
Research & Development
- Conduct research and publish papers in reputed journals / conferences
- Participate in FDPs, workshops, seminars, and academic events
- Contribute to curriculum development and syllabus updates
Student Engagement
- Act as faculty mentor / academic advisor
- Guide student projects, internships, and dissertations
- Support placement-related academic activities
Institutional Responsibilities
- Participate in departmental and institutional committees
- Assist in accreditation, rankings, and quality assurance processes
- Organize guest lectures, industrial visits, and management events
Required Skills & Competencies
- Robust conceptual clarity in ILR / MIS / QT / OR :
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in analytical tools, statistical software, and MS Office
- Student-centric teaching approach
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
