Assist customers in selecting outfits based on occasion, preference, and body type

- Provide expert styling advice for Indo-western and ethnic wear
- Handle walk-in clients and convert inquiries into successful sales
- Assist customers during trials, ensuring proper fitting, comfort, and styling
- Take accurate body measurements and coordinate with the tailoring team for precise alterations
- Provide excellent after-sales service, including follow-ups on alterations and delivery timelines
- Ensure smooth and premium trial and fitting experience for every client
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently post-purchase
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain product display, visual merchandising, and store hygiene
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
