Job Title: Sales Assistant Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our direct sales operations. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for promoting products, engaging with customers, closing sales, and helping build strong customer relationships to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company products directly to customers Approach potential customers confidently and present product features and benefits Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve individual and team sales targets Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional activities Support senior sales staff and team leaders when required Represent the company positively and professionally at all times Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confident,
