Work experience and qualification:
- FRESHER or 1 year of insurance sales. :
- Bachelors degree, MBA-Marketing & Finance will prefer.
- Excellent communication in English written & verbal both.
- Excellent attention to detail & Good leadership skills.
- Effective delegator, with robust analytical and report-writing skills.
- Great mathematics and Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English. :
- Adept with using computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, or other software as required.
Job role and responsibilities:
- Business Development of Branch.
- Regular visit to Franchise Offices within Branch Area.
- Capable to Gain knowledge of All Segments & Products of Company.
- Team Handling and able to manage them without disputes.
- Pressure Handling.
