Wea are looking for a highly motivated Floor Manager to oversee daily gym floor operations, trainer performance, member engagement, and Personal Training (PT) growth.
This role requires someone who can lead from the front, ensure members receive an excellent experience, and help trainers maximize PT conversions and retention.
Key Responsibilitie
- Oversee daily floor operations and member experience
- Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and professionalism on the gym floor
- Monitor trainer engagement and member interactions
- Resolve member concerns and maintain service standards
Team Management
- Supervise and manage fitness trainers
- Maintain trainer schedules and floor coverage
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure trainers follow gym SOPs and service standards
Personal Training (PT) Growth
- Track PT sales and trainer performance
- Support trainers in PT lead generation and conversions
- Help members understand PT perks and training programs
- Monitor PT renewals and retention
- Work towards monthly PT and membership targets
Member Experience
- Ensure new members receive proper onboarding
- Monitor member progress and engagement
- Improve member retention and satisfaction
Requirements :
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience managing teams and customer-facing operations
- Ability to motivate trainers and drive PT sales
- Good understanding of fitness industry operations
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
