- Greet and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luggage and bags.
- Provide product information such as features, warranty, and usage.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote recent arrivals, offers, and promotions.
- Upsell and cross-sell related products such as travel accessories.
