- Core Technology : PLC, SCADA, Field Instruments

Key Responsibilities

- Revenue Growth : Achieve regional sales targets for automation solutions.
- Client Acquisition : Pitch to manufacturing, process, and OEM industries.
- Key Accounts : Manage existing client networks in Maharashtra and Karnataka.
- Technical Consulting : Map client needs to technical automation proposals.
- Channel Management : Guide system integrators and distributors to maximize reach.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Industry Experience :



Minimum 5 years selling industrial automation products.
- Technical Mastery : Strong knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and field instruments.
- Regional Network : Established, active client relationships in MH and KA.
- Education : B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering.
- Travel : Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories.
- Communication : Robust negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹14,219.42 - ₹57,098.76 per month
