Direct Sales Manager (DSM) - Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP)

Salary : ₹2,00,000 - ₹4,00,000 per annum + Incentives
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Source Home Loan and LAP business through open market channels.
- Identify and acquire new customers.
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, connectors, and DSAs.
- Conduct customer meetings and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful disbursements.
- Ensure completion of customer documentation and login processes.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0-5 years of experience in Home Loans, LAP,
Mortgage, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition and business development.
