Job Description - Area Sales Manager (ASM) Company : Health Healing Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. Department : Sales & Marketing Employment Type : Full-Time

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Recruit, train, guide, and monitor the performance of Medical Representatives (MRs).
- Plan daily field activities and market coverage for the sales team.
- Develop business strategies to increase market share and product visibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, stockists, and pharmacies.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
- Conduct field visits with MRs and support in closing business opportunities.
- Ensure timely collection of reports, order bookings, and sales data.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare action plans for target achievement.
- Organize promotional and business development activities in the territory.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Sales preferred.
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.

Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience.

- Reporting and sales planning skills
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
- Valuable knowledge of reporting tools

Salary & Benefits

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
