Job Title:

- Building Supervisor (or Property Operations Supervisor )

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Team Management
- Assign Duties : Schedule and allocate daily tasks for housekeeping staff, parking attendants, and security guards.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections to check and verify the quality of work done by the team.
- Staff Administration : Manage team attendance, leaves, shift rotations, and performance.

Vendor & AMC Management

- Service Oversight : Supervise and verify services delivered under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- System Tracking : Ensure timely servicing for the multi-parking system, DG sets, elevators, Fire fighting system, pest control, and water tank cleaning etc.

Tenant & Technical Maintenance

- Resolve Complaints : Act as the primary point of contact to address and resolve all tenant complaints quickly.
- Technical Inspection : Use basic knowledge of plumbing, construction, and waterproofing to identify issues.




- Minor Fixes : Troubleshoot minor property issues before escalating them to specialized contractors.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Experience : Proven experience as a Building Supervisor, Facility Executive, or similar property management role.
- Leadership : Solid experience managing ground staff like security, cleaners, and parking teams.
- Technical Knowledge : Basic, practical understanding of plumbing, waterproofing, and construction works.
- Vendor Management : Prior experience handling AMCs and coordinating with technical contractors (HVAC/DG/Elevators).
- Problem Solving : Strong communication skills to handle tenant complaints professionally.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shivaji Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra
