Job Title :Assistant Manager - Quality & MR**

Department :Quality Assurance / Quality Management System (QMS)**

Experience Required : 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Maintain and monitor ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare and control quality documents, SOPs, procedures, formats, and records.
- Conduct Internal Audits, Customer Audits, and Supplier Audits.
- Handle Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspection activities.
- Prepare Sample Inspection Reports, PDI Reports, and customer inspection documentation.
- Manage customer complaints, NCR, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Maintain Approved Supplier List (ASL) and supplier performance records.
- Coordinate with certification bodies and external auditors.
- Conduct ISO/QMS awareness training for employees.
- Prepare and manage PPAP documents, Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Charts, and quality records.
- Prepare 8D Reports and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive continual improvement,



Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization initiatives.
