Manager - Talent Acquisition

What this job involves : As a Talent Acquisition Manager at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent across our Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions teams throughout the West region while leading campus hiring initiatives. This individual contributor position puts you at the heart of building high-performing teams that drive our business forward.

What your day-to-day will look like : Support & drive the Early Career Program initiatives to build a robust pipeline of emerging talent

Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across Leasing, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions through regular touchpoints, proactive communication, and consultative partnership that positions you as a trusted talent advisor

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred

Minimum 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience, demonstrating progression in scope and complexity of searches managed

Proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles across multiple functions, with demonstrable ability to meet or exceed hiring targets and quality metrics in competitive talent markets

Strong stakeholder management capabilities, including experience influencing senior leaders and managing competing priorities across multiple hiring managers in fast-paced, client-focused environments

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment analytics tools, and Microsoft Office suite

Deep understanding of current talent acquisition trends including social media recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and diversity sourcing strategies

Flexibility to support campus recruitment activities, and occasional travel across the West region as business needs require
