Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management

- Manage and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance operations of the hospital.
- Prepare and monitor Cash Flow Statements, Profit & Loss Accounts, and Balance Sheets .
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting for management review.
- Monitor revenue streams including OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, and Insurance billing .

Accounting & Reporting

- Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally ERP .
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Handle GST compliance, filing, and reconciliation .
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and returns filing .
- Handle Income Tax compliance and coordination with auditors .
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and regulatory guidelines .

Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Assist management in budget preparation and financial forecasting .
- Monitor department-wise budget utilization .




- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making .

Audit & Compliance

- Coordinate internal and external audits .
- Ensure statutory audit readiness and documentation .
- Maintain compliance with healthcare financial regulations .

Team Management

- Supervise and guide accounts team members .
- Coordinate with billing, insurance, purchase, and administration departments for financial processes.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and accounting software :

- Expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations :

- Experience in Cash Flow Management, BRS, and Financial Reporting :

- Knowledge of hospital billing systems and healthcare financial operations :

- Solid analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Qualification

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com :

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance :

- Hospital or Healthcare industry experience is mandatory

- Experience working in Multispeciality Hospitals :

- Ability to handle high-volume financial transactions :

- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
