Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: Rohini, Delhi Department: Marketing & Sales Reporting to: Founder / Director

ABOUT US: DEEMI Jewels is a fine jewelry brand crafting contemporary designs in gold, silver, Lab diamonds, and gemstones. As we expand our digital footprint, we're looking for an experienced and motivated E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our online retail operations.

Key Responsibilities : A) Website Management

- Oversee daily operations of the e-commerce website (Shopify).
- Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
- Plan and design campaigns to maintain brand consistency across assets.

B) Sales & Performance Optimization

- Monitor and analyze site performance (conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates).
- Plan and execute strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion, and increase AOV.
- Manage product drops, promotions, and online campaigns aligned with brand calendar.

C) Digital Marketing Coordination

- Analyze campaign data to refine targeting and messaging for higher ROI.

D) Customer Experience

- Ensure seamless online customer journey from discovery to checkout.




- Coordinate with customer support to resolve issues, improve service, and implement feedback.

E) Reporting & Insights

- Provide weekly/monthly reports on KPIs, user behavior, and sales performance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for UX, pricing, and merchandising

Qualifications

- 3-5 years experience in e-commerce, preferably in fashion/luxury/lifestyle.
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
- Robust understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Experience in handling D2C operations, sales funnels, and performance marketing.
- Eye for design and aesthetics in line with luxury brand standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

PREFERRED: Prior experience with a e-commerce startup and having Interest in jewelry. Familiarity with marketplaces (e.g., Nykaa Fashion, Tata CLiQ, etc.). Experience of AI tolls is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
