- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
- Monitor production processes across all departments (Production).
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch departments.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze production data and prepare reports (efficiency, downtime, rejection, etc.).
- Manage and lead production teams, including shift in-charges and operators.
- Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of versatile packaging processes (Printing, Lamination, Slitting, Pouching).
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Graduate from Technical Stream with min 15-20 years of experience in Flexible Packaging industry.
