Job Summary

Enzo International is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant Manager to manage sourcing, vendor coordination, and timely procurement of materials for our premium ceiling and lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sourcing and procurement of raw materials, lighting components, ceiling systems, and project materials.

Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize purchase orders. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.

Monitor vendor performance (quality, pricing, delivery timelines).

- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and project teams for material planning. Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.

- Prepare procurement reports and track cost-saving initiatives. Handle material discrepancies, damages, and returns.

- Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce,



Business Administration, or related field. :

- 3-6 years of procurement experience (preferably in lighting, interiors, manufacturing, or construction industry).

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. :

- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers. :

- Preferred Knowledge of stretch ceiling materials, lighting fixtures, and aluminum profiles.

- Experience in project-based procurement.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
