About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Understand IT job descriptions, technical requirements, and relevant skill sets.
- Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand requirements.
- Meet monthly recruitment and closure targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1-3 years of proven experience in IT Recruitment. :

- Must have handled technical/IT roles such as Software Developer, Java Developer,.NET Developer, Python Developer, Data Analyst, DevOps, QA/Testing, Cloud, IT Support, etc. :

- Strong understanding of IT skills, technologies, job roles, and technical terminology .

- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Experience working with recruitment targets and deadlines.

- Number of IT positions handled
- Monthly or quarterly closure numbers
- Types of IT roles successfully closed
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
