Telecaller (Payment Follow-Up - Outbound Calling)

Job Type : Full-time Experience Required : Minimum 1 Year in Telecalling Work Timings : 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Responsibilities :

- Make outgoing calls to customers who have initiated payment but did not complete it :

- Follow up professionally and encourage customers to complete the payment :

- Maintain and update call records and follow-up status in Google Sheets :

- Submit daily reports and report to the concerned manager

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling (mandatory)

- Working knowledge of Google Sheets :

- Positive communication and convincing skills

- Comfortable with payment follow-up and sales-oriented calling

Important Conditions

- 1 month of completion is mandatory after selection
- This role involves only outbound calls : (The job is clearly defined as payment follow-up calling)
