Position Summary : c3digitus is a full-service digital marketing agency and a c3controls, Inc. company , built to help brands grow through strategy, creativity, and execution. We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer I to join our growing in-house agency team in Mumbai.

In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced digital marketing setting, supporting both external client campaigns and internal brand initiatives. Your work will span social media graphics, digital ads, web visuals, presentations, and print collateral—often across multiple brands and industries. You’ll collaborate closely with senior designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to translate ideas into polished, brand-aligned visual assets that support real business goals.

This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys agency-style work, values collaboration, and takes pride in delivering high-quality designs on time. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of creative challenges while continuing to grow your skills within a structured, quality-focused creative team.

What You’ll Be Doing :

- Design print and digital materials such as layouts, logos, brochures, social media graphics, digital ads, and website visuals
- Translate creative direction and project briefs into polished visual designs that reflect the brand’s tone and style
- Develop visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Support photography and image production for use across digital and print projects




- Collaborate with senior designers and marketing teams on campaign and brand initiatives
- Communicate design ideas clearly to internal teams and, on occasion, to clients
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews, contributing ideas and feedback
- Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to details and design quality

Qualifications :

- Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Comfortable designing for digital-first platforms such as social media, ads, and websites
- Solid communication and collaboration skills; able to communicate effectively in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working cooperatively within a team and independently while remaining open to feedback and direction
- Familiarity with AI tools

Education & Work Experience :

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
- 2-3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
- A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, print, and digital design work
