Job Title : Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
- Build and manage a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

- Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
